PhD Stipends at the University of Trondheim, Norway

The humanities faculty at the university of Trondheim will soon be advertising at least 6 PhD stipends: this includes full funding for the duration of the doctoral study.
Potential applicants must already have a completed MA degree, plus well-developed ideas for doctoral research in eighteenth-century studies (plus a willingness to move). The application process is demanding – an extensive project description is required – but the rewards are considerable. Norwegian language skills are not required.
The advertisement should appear in mid October, and the deadline for applications will be mid November.
Paul Goring, of the University of Trondheim, Norway, is happy to discuss potential doctoral projects with anyone interested (via email, or Facebook).
