The trustees of Jane Austen’s House Museum in conjunction with the Bodleian Libraries are holding the third annual T Edward Carpenter Memorial Lecture.

The Edward Carpenter Lecture was established in honour of the purchaser and first Chairman of Trustees of Jane Austen’s House Museum. The general brief of the lectures is to address topics, broadly conceived, in Museum Studies, Literary Collecting and Heritage, and Literary Houses.

A glass of wine will be served at 6.30pm with the lecture starting at 7pm.
